    Pros
    Clients can even go directly to the staff at Liscio if they need help with it. Additionally, suggestions to improve the product are not only welcomed, they are encouraged.
    I still need some training which liscio is more than happy to do for me and others, just haven't had a chance yet, but once i do i know im going to love this even more.
    Its super user friend, the Liscio support team and staff are always ready to help. It's not over complicated, its simple and easy to use.
    Cons
    We wasted so much time having EACH team member open messages to see if it was Hal fled because there was no way to know if someone else handled something.
    Hard to start new threads of conversation. Also, we have had problems finding ways to organize downloads into Liscio.
    I don't like the fact that I cannot incorporate my logo and signature on the messages.

    Saved me time and money

    Liscio has let me communicate with my clients more easily by notifying them where they want to be notified. Most of my clients get a text when I send them anything and it helps them to get back to me more quickly. The file size limit is also so large that I have not had an issue uploading training videos for clients as well as large data files.

    Pros

    Liscio has helped me communicate with my clients so much better. It was easy to implement and my clients didn't have any issues getting on board.

    Cons

    The only issue I have with it as a bookkeeper is that some of the fields on the client profile are more CPA-focused but it has not affected how I use it at all.

    Permanent software for our tech stack

    Liscio helps me securely be in contact with my clients and makes it easy for them to scan and upload documents with their phone.

    Pros

    It was easy to start using Liscio with my firm. When I explain why I chose it for security and ease of use with mobile devices, my clients are happy to use it.

    Cons

    I wish I could apply tags to messages too instead of just files, because messages can sometimes be hard to find what you need. But they are going to improve some aspects of this soon.

    Good for one person firms, not for firms with any type of team or contractors

    There are a lot of things that need improving if they want consumers to stay, but it is a great price of software for individual firms. They just don’t seem to be improving the software at the rate needed to fill the problems firms are facing with the software.

    Pros

    I did like that Liscio was easy to use and has an app for clients. The cost is pretty comparable to competitors, but I did like that if you had a contractor, Liscio did not charge you for an extra seat for seasonal or per job help (of paying annually).

    Cons

    I have been using Liscio since May 2021, and in that time they only “improved” about 3 features. The fact that Liscio doesn’t seamlessly communicate amount team members when something was handled is a huge pain point. We wasted so much time having EACH team member open messages to see if it was Hal fled because there was no way to know if someone else handled something. Also, there is no email integration to allow emails to be brought in that clients send that other team members may need to see. It honestly causes a huge bottleneck in our firm as I am trying to delegate work.

    Outstanding Client Management Software

    We use Liscio as a client management and team collaboration tool. We were able to streamline and organize our workflows better, save time and at the same to offer clients an easy-to-use platform.

    Pros

    Liscio is the best software for our client facing and team collaborating communications needs. It is easy to use, which is very important, because our clients would otherwise not accept and use the software. The fully searchable document storage is a time saver and keeps us organized. Tasks and e-docs help us to stay on track. Adobe sign is a built in feature for documents we need signed in real time. Email integration adds to speed up and streamline workflows and procedures. Liscio's customer service is outstading and extended to our clients. This was our best software implementation that we have made in a long time, and we are looking for new features to be added that will help our practice management.

    Cons

    There is nothing at this point that I would not like or suggest to be improved.
