What is Synergize?

Synergize is a cloud-based document management and back-office automation solution designed to help medium and large businesses access, store and manage all crucial documents on a unified platform. Primarily used within the transportation and logistics sectors, the centralized platform enables users to quickly respond to compliance requests and customer queries, with the aim of improving operational efficiency within the organization.

Key features of Synergize include management of business processes, image capturing, workflows, collaboration and records. It comes with a scanning module supported by on-site as well as third-party scanners, which allows users to scan, capture and archive large volumes of data in standard electronic formats. Plus, businesses can use the automation tool to automatically create and send invoice packages with attached documents and payment reminders for outstanding receivables.

Synergize provides a web-based, graphical workflow designer for businesses to define processes including pre-built actions, custom actions, validation rules, and rule-based routing, among others. It facilitates integration with several third-party accounting, bookkeeping and transportation management software (TMS) systems such as TruckMate, Vector, Accellos, Microsoft, MercuryGate and more.
