How we picked the 3 top rated products

We chose the high-performing solutions on this list based on verified user ratings on our site. Depending on available data, qualifying products either had to be among the most user-reviewed or the most searched-for products in the spreadsheet software category. They also needed to have sufficient reviews about mobile access, have a minimum user rating of 3 out of 5 for that feature, and show evidence of U.S. market presence. We then added a distinction for the product with the highest rating for mobile access based on our proprietary ratings and reviews. Sponsorship or client status has no influence on the selection of these products, but it may impact the order in which products appear.

User insights about the mobile access feature

Reviewers appreciate Microsoft 365's mobile access for its convenience and flexibility. They highlight the ability to access emails, documents, and applications from smartphones and tablets, which is particularly useful for remote work and travel. Users find the mobile apps user-friendly and note that they can perform essential tasks on the go. However, some reviewers mention that editing documents on small screens can be challenging and that the mobile interface could be more intuitive. Overall, they value the seamless integration and productivity benefits of mobile access.
“The mobile access feature itself is very helpful since sometimes there are some important errands to do using the Microsoft 365. Like for example, there is a group activity for a schoolwork that is being done asynchronously. There are some situation where one of the groupmates messaged me to edit something in the document. However, there are times that this happened when I am not in the house. So I cannot edit it without the laptop with me (I do not usually bring my laptop since it is huge). Thankfully, it is available not just to view but also edit in a cellphone.”

“I am on the go quite a bit and I do not normally take my laptop/iPad majority of the time. Being able to quickly access a powerpoint, document, excel sheet etc and quickly make adjustments is mandatory feature. When deadlines approach or things quickly need changes, having the ability to access my 365 saves so much time. ”
