Too residential, limited features, no sub contract change orders, no way to resend purchase agreements or sub contracts. Most of the emails sent from Buildtools get sent to spam by vendors. While any new software program has a learning curve, the feedback from our partners has been very good, and implementation has been better than expected.

Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.

Ve now worked with all three and can easily recommend this for all but the most complex and complicated organizations. We've been using the product for a couple of years and it has been great so far. Support has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. The customer service is fantastic but the reason I didn't give it an outstanding score is because I wish we had more say with enhancements.

I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.

I have had a great experience with OmTrak a reps, the service is great and they are always around to help if you have any questions or issues. Only able to apply Defects to one subbie, for example some issues need two or three subbies to complete a job. Need to create defect workflows.

It made layout a snap and was a pleasure to work with. Connecting the lines can be a bit frustrating at times but it could just be the lack of experience with it. A program that is incredibly complicated to understand. They attempt to simplify the architecture process but it is miserably complicated and lacks an intuitive interface.

As long as the payroll department is happy them I’m happy. If it saves them mental stress its all good.
