Pros

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.

Pros

The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.

Cons

I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.

Cons

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

The organization is there, which is important, but the bugs on the features and widgets are needed to be updated. It can slow you down which will lead to frustration. When all the features do work, it's pretty efficient.

Pros

A great looking platform, it has your contacts organized well, has a lot of features to make calls and record them thoroughly.

Cons

Full of bugs. The CRM has plenty of features to choose from, clearly competing with Hubspot, but can't follow through. They are always glitching or having to be refreshed, for example, the Twilio feature. It is a basic CRM in my opinion but with lots of room for improvement.

1. Create complete customer record and create email campaign for emailing at particular event is easy. 2. Setup synchronization among various modules such as synchronization between inventory of products and admin modules for notification emails (email automation once product gets zero). 3. Notify customers on a particular event or if new product launched. 4. Lead management is easy , it has particular section for lead management. 5. Great IDE to make use work easy. 6. Setup call functionality with Agile CRM is also possible.

You must have little CRM understanding to use Agile CRM.

Pros

The best thing about Agile CRM is the combination of CRM and marketing features, along with its very competitive pricing. I have tested many CRM softwares, and Agile CRM is by far the best for me.

Cons

The company behind Agile CRM launched 500apps, which includes crm.io; however, crm.io is not as yet as good and easy to use as Agile CRM. Agile CRM is not any more updated.

Ability to upload and have new content integrate/sync with existing info. Campaigns work well and very clearly organized marketing vs. sales.

Cons

Reminders aren't great. Stuff is somewhat hard to find at first - doesn't seem very intuitive -tough to navigate. HTML editor looks very dated and is tough to use, even for someone who considers themselves tech/media savvy. Tough to learn how the nodes integrate/work.

I stumbled on Agile CRM while looking for a cheap alternative to Hubspot Marketing software. I also found Zoho CRM and I began comparing the two and Agile won, because they had the features I was interested in and offered it for free. The features I was most interested in were Sales/Marketing CRM with the ability to move contacts from subscribers until they were sales ready and eventually evangelists....

It was easy to set up and I was able to customize it to my needs. It had a wide range of features, from lead management to customer service. I also liked how it had a built-in marketing automation feature, which made it easy to follow up with leads and customers. The customer service team was also very helpful when I had questions.

Avec ce logiciel je fais la publicité de mon entreprise et je reste en contact avec d'autres entreprises pour mieux enrichir mes relations avec eux . C'est un logiciel très spécial.

Cons

Je n'ai pas d'inconvénients pour le moment avec Agile CRM.

stop overpaying for other CRM systems

We use Agile CRM to manage leads that come in from our website or other sources, and manage the deals/prospects further down the funnel.

Pros

Agile is an extremely cost effective CRM system that provides us with practically everything we need, at a fraction of the cost compared to some other big brand name CRM providers. The interface is intuitive, overall an easy product to use.

Cons

So far we have no major issues with Agile. We moved off HubSpot to Agile, so we had to find a new platform to host our website on since Agile doesn't do that, but finding a new host plus Agile is still significantly more cost effective than just using HubSpot.

This is one of the best CRM tools that I have used. It has a nice interface, functionality, and does what it advertises to do. Not only does it organize all my clients for me, but I can also track their sales and keep up with their payments. It became a real game changer for me when I had to work independently from my company as a freelancer.

Pros

Agile CRM is the best CRM that I have ever used. It features a sleek interface and is easy to use. It's not too often you can find a CRM that also has very affordable pricing.

Cons

This is one of the best CRM I have ever used. There are a few cons which I will now mention. The first one is that it is really hard to customize the look and feel of the software. I was expecting a modern UI but was given something outdated. The second con is that it doesn't seem to be user-friendly or intuitive for newbies.

Agile CRM has the potential to be a very good program. However, it's email sync is very sketchy.

It is an inexpensive CRM for basic organization but the email marketing platform does not work if you have a database of several thousand that you are sending to several times per month. It becomes way too costly.

Pros

What I like most about Agile CRM is that it is an inexpensive solution that integrates CRM and Email Marketing platform .

Cons

The email sync is not good. It labors for a long time trying to pull emails through. I also do not like that I have a very limited number of emails that I can send through the Email Marketing Platform and that the emails I have Agile's logo on them.

Good integration with Shopify; very useful as a CRM (we don't use the sales tools).

A CRM with email blast capability.

Pros

The ability to send email campaigns is one of the most valuable assets for us as well as to sort our customers appropriately to find them as we need. The customer service is ALWAYS prompt and helpful.

Cons

Would love to see more integration with Shopify, but they seem to always be improving how the two applications talk to each other.

Agile CRM was very easy to use. Deploy the tool was surprisingly very fast.

Pros

I used Agile CRM for 2 years to manage IT help desk support. Its a great tool with plenty of features.

Cons

Agile CRM answered all our business needs for a small-medium business.

I needed a CRM that I can use to track my leads and sales pipelines for a variety of things I do. Agile CRM honestly does well, except its ui/ux is not very friendly, and I get lost quite often, and there's lots of tabs and clicking to get to where I want to be. It is a very complex solution for complex company. Unfortunately, I just want things simple for my simple brain. I opted for a simpler CRM solution with more exciting Ui & Ux but less functionality.

Pros

Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force. A Super Comprehensive CRM. It does a lot and can easily integrate with email, calls, automations and marketing platforms.

Cons

Agile CRM has built something similar to sales force, even to the teeth with its ui and ux experience - which is terrible. Otherwise it is a very solid CRM, and the pricing is very reasonable.

I used Agile CRM daily for both sales CRM functions, and marketing automation functions. It is highly customizable and the customer service is great. Agile CRM has met and exceeded my needs. Any questions, or technical difficulties I have encountered, they have been quick to resolve.

Not good, need lot of improvements and a good developer team

Worst experience.

Pros

Simplicity, nothing else to like in the CRM.

Cons

Always has server delay issue, did not send emails to contacts just shows email sent in activities. Worst server, hard to make reports as reports did not get update after email sent. Campaign feature is very basic and hard and also wait nodes in campaign is very poorly managed. Customer care team did not understand queries they just reply server delay. since October 2020. They suggest to move to there new platform which but asks customers to migrate data rather than they migrating data to new platform.

Pros

Hubspot is a good and a clever one CRM with user-friendly interface and a huge amount of functionality onboard. I personally used this product for a long time and it really covered most of my requests to CRM system. Most of the time I worked with Sales part so I will share my feedback on that side. Good, reliable, always working well that are just a few things that I can mention. Hubspot has a great feature connected with G-mail integration, one can create and save letter templates, track sent letters, etc.

Cons

It can be a little bit complicated for the beginner. So it is better to implement it in your company in right way with a help of the professional consultant. However, time is going on and I moved to Agile CRM because of their brilliant plugin for work with LinkedIn.

Great to start with, but I now use Zoho CRM.

Pros

Practical software for CRM management. It is very easy to use and there isn't a huge learning curve for new users switching from another software.

Cons

Not as good as Zoho CRM for cost. Zoho CRM includes more options and more complete CRM tools.
