Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

Agile provides a reliable database for all things from quality findings to ECO change implementations. Customized reports are a nice feature and searching is made easy.
It has powerful features and many integrations. I like the freedom to customize and the many campaign nodes make campaigns and flows very powerful.
Automated campaigns are easy to set up and work well and the customer support system is effective. The experience of using agilecrm has been practical and effective, as well as being cost effective.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

I cancelled it in December of 2019. They charged me for it in January of 2020, so I called them and cancelled again.
The second strike came when our account was re-activated and AgileCRM charged us for the months that our account was locked and shutdown.
The tool is convoluted, a bit hard to grasp for non technical people and the customer support is some of the worst I've ever encountered.

The major pro of Salesforce is the possibility to customize every field,object and workflow related to it. Thanks to the setup mode there are millione of possibilietes to modify every kind of aspect of the front-end and make your process more agile and your crm team more efficient

All in all it's the CRM that digitalized my business and helped me transform my business in ways I didn't think possible.

Pros

I have been administrator, developer, project manager and technical consultant of this CRM software so far and it has been 9 years of experience. I implemented it to 3 major companies with many accomplishments and awards. It's a powerful, robust, flexible, agile and versatile software that helped me and my companies win the competition. I love it because I know what to do to achieve my goals using Salesforce CRM. It has millions of opportunities you might not even know now.

Cons

The only thing is the pricing and in some countries currency parities can be very damaging. Regional account managers should consider revisiting licence prices at the times major fluctiations happen.

As with any crm, agent do need to be taught, with this crm it is easier.

Best CRM Software in the market

Best CRM i have ever come acrossed. It used for email management, Lead Scoring, maintaining data. So far i have been using this for alomost 2year and proudly say that best in the market. Top fotune 500 companies are using this CRM go for it.

Pros

CRM is very smooth & User Friendly and don't lag it also allows you to get insights from varied, real-time customer data.

Cons

To buy salesforce CRM is too expensive as compared to other CRM reason behind is too secure

We used this software to streamline the process which has made our day to day operations very easy and e efficient. We are able to integrate the application with Java and other reporting software like Power BI and Tableau

Pros

It is a great CRM software which great feature and has the ability to customize, easy to automate, easy to assign the security, easy to integrate with the third-party application.

Cons

It is very expensive compared to other CRM Softwares, building maintaining and using a CRM can be even more expensive

One of the powerful CRM ever

I am using this CRM for more than three years and found that creating a campaign , tracking each and every accounts and contacts are very easy and very effective with this platform. I can see the overall and complete picture in it. I can say this is one of the powerful CRM I have ever seen.

Pros

I like almost everything about Salesforce. Salesforce user interface is amazing, it is very easy to use, effective, fast, reliable and secure. I am using it for more than 3 years and found no issue till date. Salesforce mobile app is amazing and very easy to use too. I like the way we can maintain our database, create the campaign and track each and every account in this amazing CRM. Salesforce dashboards have amazing features and give a proper view of what an organization wants.

Cons

There is one thing that I like least about this CRM is that this CRM is a little bit expensive compared to other CRM but I think it is worth to spend on this platform.

Pretty solid product with questionable customer support.

It did what I needed it to do. I did not like the Salesforce sales team to contact my Corporate Office and use my name to sell their product to my company when I asked them not to.

Pros

The CRM portal and CRM tracking. I liked the mobile app.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve. Customer support is not great.

Easy to use, interactive, quick deployment changes, quick integration with multiple systems, suitable for agile development modules.

Cons

For a large organizations the usage cost of this system will be expensive.

Great cloud based CRM having all the end to end integration from sales lead generation to support to reporting. Keep in mind it's expensive to buy and expensive to maintain.

Overall this tool is pretty good for all kinds of organization. I highly recommend it.

Pros

I am using this CRM software for more than 4 years and I personally like this software so much. It has all the coolest features for Business and support. Its UI is very much simple and to use this you no need to be an expert. It has all the functions like sales, Marketing, Customer and relationship management features. The best part is you can integrate this with Outlook.

Cons

It is a bit slow as compared to other CRM tools. And they need to improve its features a bit like Sugar CRM.
