Enterprise incorporates a new and modern approach to solve the needs and challenges of enterprise contact centers while delivering state-of-the-art forecasting and scheduling, intraday management dashboards and automatic reforecasting. The solution is cloud-based solution and supports single sign-on technology.

The CommunityWFM Essentials solution was created to fulfill a need for smaller companies to manage their contact center workforce, with similar workforce management capabilities as large organizations, to ensure a healthy bottom line. Built with many of the same industry leading features found in the Enterprise solution, Essentials provides an affordable price point for everything a small business needs to create optimal and efficient collaborative processes for managing their workforce. Key features include forecasting, scheduling and real-time adherence.
