Who is iContact For?

iContact is an email marketing services for all businesses sizes. It allows for easy creation of email newsletters, RSS feeds, surveys, and Autoresponders.

You can use iContact to grow and manage your contacts, create lists, add contacts and divide lists into segments. You can even create custom fields for mail-merge personalization and generate a sign-up form to place on your website.

It features a message creation tools with an easy-to-use editor. That gives the flexibility to choose from hundreds of pre-designed templates from a library of image hosting.

A third-party company scores our email deliverability rates over 99%. Any contact who has unsubscribed or has an invalid email address will automatically be removed from receiving your message. In addition, the Schedule-Delivery option allows you to work when you want, and send when you want.

It has strong reporting to allow you to see opens, clicks, bounces, successful deliveries, unsubscribes and message forwards.

Alylea
Time to make a change after 2 years. Go elsewhere for service. Better options with better employee attitudes, better editors, faster servers and servers that don't crash losing your work. Many excuses and no straight answers.

Pros: Cost effective - not really

Cons: Poor editors. Won't take HTML from Dreamweaver. Poor attitude of US based Tech Supervisors. If you go over your contact limit they don't tell you by email and will hold your pending release even if it is destined for only 50% of your total allowed.
