Pros
Overall, our experience has been fantastic. I am excited to see what other capabilities this platform has for us.
The ease of use and how it is beautifully integrated with gmail. The ease of having everything on something you check on a daily basis.
Overall positive as it helps better segregate between the customer personas and my whole team has a clear understanding of what's going on with the various leads and customers.
Cons
When a system updates you have to refresh the tab with Gmail. This never happens when you're amid doing something, but still annoys me a bit.
Might be because I had no formal training with NetHunt but when you are in advertising finding time to do that is almost impossible.
Limited choices for coloring folders and pipelines.
