The overall experience with VipeCloud has been amazing. The customer service with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been far superior to other companies I have worked with. When I was having some issues of emails bouncing, he spent time with me to figure out the problem and how to fix it.

VipeCloud 

Because we use another system for basic CRM tasks such as task management, contact management and deals management the marketing automation features are what we use Vipecloud for most of the time. These include email drip campaigns, email nurture, targeted mass emails, content management and social media management.
We have not yet worked out a bi-directional syncing, but create new contacts in VipeCloud automatically when we add new ones in our main CRM system.

Get into marketing automation without breaking the bank

I have used other similar software in the past and this blows everything else away. The pricing is amazing, very user friendly and helps my day be much more productive & profitable!

                                                       As a scientist, I have to use Smartlook to look at where users are clicking, where are they browsing, where they really do directing their attention to as far as browsing goes.
                                                       What I like about Smartlook is the capability of looking up users in real time, and see where they click or where they direct their attention as far as browsing goes, and you can also see their locations. Another useful application for Smartlook is that you can easily use their filters in order to identify any applications that the users had entered.
                                                       So, unfortunately, currently, Smartlook does not enable the capability for multi-device users. So I cannot switch from my mobile device to, let's say, a laptop, and seen real time where I left off from each device.
