A range of subscription and membership packages can be offered to patrons, with varying levels of flexibility, and free or discounted tickets can be presented in return for donations above a certain level. Donors can make one-off donations, and monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring donations which are collected automatically by the built-in automated billing system.
OvationTix includes a fully-integrated CRM, enabling users to capture and record data including attendance, demographic data, donor, member, and subscriber histories, tasks, notes, and more. Segmented lists can be created for fundraising, communications, and marketing, and automated pre- and post-show emails can be sent with tailored messages to update patrons and cultivate relationships. Conversions and ROI can be tracked in real time, and users can generate itemized sales reports and analyze sales trends over time.
