What is Oveit?
Oveit is a cloud-based event management solution which helps users manage registrations, seating plans, payments, check-ins, badges, ticketing, and more with eTickets, QR codes and RFID scanning. The platform enables organizers to personalize registration pages with custom branding, colors, fonts and templates.
Oveit’s access control management functionality enables users to use NFC wristbands to handle event entries, permissions, coupons, discounts, and other related activities. Users can set up access points across venues to scan visitors using NFC-enabled smartphones or readers.
Features include instant payments, invite-based registrations, team management, sales reporting, vouchers/promo codes, and an Open API. The Oveit badge designer module gathers attendee information from registration forms to create bespoke badges. A search tool allows users to filter data by registrants, purchases, events, and more.
Oveit supports multiple currencies, as well as languages and offers an automated invoicing system to manage global events. The system can be integrated into websites via an embed code and supports various third-party applications such as PayPal and Stripe.
