Pros

Excellent experience when user adoption is high, like warm results is adoption is moderate or low. Requires management commitment to drive user adoption and a high level,of organizational commitment.
A CRM so wonderful, that provides you with on demand features, according to your needs. It is relatively easy to use and thus, has a good community of users and sales people who can work with it.
Overall Salesforce is a great help to the group I use it with. It lets us track opportunities as they come in, assign them, add people to them, track win rates, etc.

Pros

Airtable notifications from mentions which are sent to both airtable and emails help you keep track of your activity and tasks. Its user friendly with a good interface and easy to learn.
Obviously, the features are 10 times better on airtable. The different kind of views that I can have is also brilliant, the calendar view, kanban view and my favorite.
I literally try to replace as many tools as I can with Airtable because it is so flexible. Using it as the core for client and customer reports is fun and feels like a stable solution.

Cons

There are countless strides to having a total record, so this is definitely not a languid program. In case you will utilize it, focus on utilizing it, in any case, nonsense in, nonsense out.
The new lightening version of this software if AWFUL. Leave the original as is this new version is just confusing and makes NO sense.
I hate that all the offers don’t show u less you are really specific in your search. I also hate they my company is really doing away with the software.
