Pros

This software is a mostly great well-rounded CRM, and their support team is fantastic with any questions.
SugarCRM is the best CRM, easy to use, solid and robust, easy of integration with ERP, VoIP and Jaspersoft and Revolution.
It really allow the small business companies to track sales, invoices, bills and market to our customers in a better way. This CRM is so easy to use just because of its great users interface.

Pros

The comprehensive database, the intuitive tools, the ease of deployment - all of these are appreciated about this product.
It is popular and used by a few other businesses that we know, so we considered it and the functionality is good.
Love the email tracking and wonderful having contacts all in the same place. As a solopreneur, it is like having a virtual assistant.

Cons

Which is ridiculous, any permission system should be deny by default. The email module which we use heavily is unreliable.
Difficult to navigate and figure out how it worked. There was no customer service to call on and google searches for fixes proved fruitless.
A CRM without an automatically tracked last activity is useless. There are somework arounds that don't work for email rendering this product useless.

Cons

Also, there is a hard limit of 1,000 custom fields, which is not something you can even buy more of, which in my opinion is a severe limitation.
Lack of industry specific columns or trackers. Lack of customization to suit the needs of the industry I was in.
There have been multiple times where we lost data and data was unretrievable.

Sugar CRM has been a great software for my business. Ever since I started using it, I have been able to manage and sort out organization structures easily. The way I deliver customer service and manage a relationship with them has changed for the better.

Pros

Sugar CRM as a software is great because it comes with a customizable home page since it is an open source platform. Features such as the new user wizard tool, shortcut bar and downloadable plugins are just ingenious. I like how the software comes in a diverse range of languages which number 9 in total. Sugar CRM provides data and information security meaning I am assured of protection from internal...

Cons

From my time using the software I have found the software to be very slow when running through Sugar's own servers. The sheer number of options present on the dashboard can be perplexing, especially for users who might not have much expirience in CRM data models. Lastly, over the years the software has become a bit dated and this has forced me to move to other CRM software such as HubSpot.

Quando ho scelto di implementare un crm in azienda ho fatto diversi test (crm più famosi e personalizzabili). Ho testato anche sugar crm, devo essere sincero...buon prodotto, ben pensato, pieno di moduli.

SugarCRM is more cost effective that must CRM, it can complete the needed tasks and basic CRM requirements.

Cons

It's hard to understand and doesn't pack the punch as many CRM software. It's a little hard to follow-up, set-up. You also need to add your own SMS mail service to send emails.

Pros

Sugar CRM is a functional CRM that works reasonably well for tech-minded folks who don't mind getting used to its unappealing interface. It has the basic tools and functionality one would expect from a CRM and some of the integrations are solid (for data imports primarily).

Cons

The interface feels old and doesn't give the user much power to reconfigure it to work in a way that will help the user's specific needs. The marketing automation integrations are clunky, too.

I run my entire company using this CRM system.

Pros

Very flexible and easy to edit. Fast response time on queries (I use the OnDemand cloud version). Good support for SugarCRM staff. And there are many integrations and plugins that enhance the experience.

Cons

Lot of 3rd party integrations and customizations can "break" as Sugar goes through upgrades. The Word and Outlook Add-ins are a bit awkward and time consuming -- but they do work as advertised. Sometime there is constant re-logging in to make them work.

Sugar has a cool name and is an average CRM software that is better than no CRM software. Links are limited but you can put in any info needed.

Pros

This software is easy to see and add data into, and makes a good resource to browse through. Info is easy to update.

Cons

The data does not link well together and the relationships you can build are very limited, which really limits the power of the software overall.

I love the user interface, particularly how one can view various data about a contact without wasting time clicking through to the full contact view. The customized reports, headings, and sections are fantastic. So far our implementation has gone very well with helpful support from a Sugar vendor.

Cons

So far we haven't experienced any cons. Sugar is significantly more expensive than our previous CRM but cheaper than Salesforce, so it seems like a great midrange CRM for a company with 3-5 years of business in the growth stage.

Most of it's features and integrations are very helpful and making the daily work easier for it's users. The option of several integrations (HubSpot, Jira, Clockify etc.) is great.

Cons

There are still versions with an outdated look and feel. Even the latest version can be still worked on regarding visuals.

The contact management and scheduling is great for sales and customer service team to communicate with customers. As it is opensource, you can modify the script as it goes.

Pros

Easy to use and it covers the basic functions needed for CRM.

Cons

A bit complicated to install SugarCRM as you will need to know IT to install Apache web server. But once installed, it should be easy to use.

Pros

Hubspot CR is great for a lot of reasons but primarily I found it to be the strongest when it came to assigning tasks, organizing leads and contacts and putting together practical strategies within the CRM for our team. It was also a free to use platform which allowed us to get our feet wet without having a huge commitment

Cons

There is somewhat of a learning curve and it is definitely not has robust as other CRMs that we have used such as SugarCRM or Salesforce. This isn't a bad quality but it is something which we liked less.

Pros

SimulTrans moved from SugarCRM to HubSpot CRM to integrate with the HubSpot marketing platform used by our company. It provides centralized intelligence of marketing and sales activities in a unified platform. Our sales team receives more leads, closes more deals, and spends less time on administration. Our company benefits from greater efficiency, lower costs, and increased revenue.

Cons

We have complex commission reporting requirements that the HubSpot reporting add on could not accommodate. We used a connector from cData to access the HubSpot CRM data from our JasperReports Server to calculate commissions.

Pros

Super intuitive, excellent UX, great to use, simple setup, guides you through all the steps, mega friendly. This was such a relief after our nightmare with 1CRM.
