Great Experience, very helpful system!

I believe their are doing their best to improve and upgrade their product constantly. I like using their platform because it is helpful and easy.

Pros

Userfriendly platform, easy to comprehent and use, very helpful in my everyday work. But most of all, wonderful, helpful, friendly support

Cons

It would be more useful if they could connect directly with more OTAs and share the information that are important for the tax office. Not having this connection with other channels is not an issue to be solved entirely by Tourmie but it would be useful to have it.

Best guest guide i've used so far.

The customer service I have received from Kiriaki has been exceptional, she has spent time helping me set up my Tourmie platform and our guide books plus guided me through the whole system. Kiriaki has a vast knowledge of Tourmie and has been able to answer and assist me with everything I have needed to get set up. Our short term rental business was using Touch stay prior to switching over to Tourmie and I am finding Tourmie so much better. Whilst Touch stay does offer more flexibility with personalising the brand look of you company I have found that Tourmie offers far more features, such as automatically personalised guide books for each guest, a guest portal where guests can see any special requests they have ordered, a detailed breakdown of customer information and booking details and more. I would highly recommend Tourmie, the system is user friendly, full of useful features and the customer service is incredible.

Pros

A great user friendly platform if you're in the Short Term Rental business looking to send guest guides and booking information. The customer service is amazing and Kiriaki is bursting with knowledge.

Cons

The brand customisation is a bit limited, it would be good if the pages looked more like our website pages to keep our brand consistent
