Yoffix integrates at the infrastructure level with Microsoft 365: single sign-on via Entra ID (Azure AD), two-way Outlook calendar sync, Teams notifications for bookings and reminders, and native Teams app deployment. Employees work with Yoffix inside tools they already open every morning, which is why adoption rates reach 90%.

For IT, this means minimal onboarding effort, no new credentials to manage, and a security posture that extends naturally from your existing Microsoft stack. Yoffix is a certified Microsoft Partner and is available via Microsoft AppSource.

Core platform capabilities

Desk booking: Book desks via floor plan, Teams, Outlook, or mobile. Supports hot-desking and assigned desks, team zone configuration, booking windows, check-in rules, and auto-release for no-shows.

Meeting room booking: Book rooms with full context — capacity, equipment tags, catering, online meeting links, and two-way Outlook calendar sync. RoomDisplay hardware integration included.

Hybrid scheduling: Employees plan their workweek and see when teammates will be in. AI-powered Smart Scheduling suggests optimal office days based on team overlap. Managers set shared office days, attendance rules, and recurring schedules.

Visitor management: Pre-register guests, send arrival notifications to reception, and maintain a timestamped, GDPR-compliant visitor log.

Analytics and space management: Track desk utilization, room occupancy, peak hours, and attendance trends in one dashboard. AI insights support space planning. Customers achieve 30–50% space savings.

Parking and assets: Manage parking spaces with EV charging tags and priority rules. Book shared equipment with clear ownership and availability tracking.

Integrations and security

Yoffix connects to Personio, BambooHR, Workday, HiBob, SAP, HRworks, Okta, OneLogin, and SCIM-compatible directories. HRIS integrations sync user lists, roles, departments, and absence data, automatically canceling bookings when employees are on leave.

Beyond Microsoft, Yoffix also connects to Google Workspace, Slack, and hardware providers including SpaceDisplay and check-in kiosks.

Security: ISO 27001 certified, GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany. For DACH customers, Yoffix is designed for Betriebsrat compliance with access controls aligned to German co-determination requirements.
