Zoho CRM good but prefer ACT by Swiftpage

ZOHO is an ok product and will track your customers and prospects consistent with other CRM solutions

Pros

Zoho CRM is a component based CRM. It has the standard features of most CRM platforms with Mail Merge and opportunity management functions. These work well

Cons

Some of the competing products have that built in to the base charge like ACT by Swiftpage

No real issues with it at all. Seems like a great product.

Pros

It looked clean - good UI design. For project managers and people who place importance on statistics, it was functional. Lots of different functions for support.

Cons

The myriad modules and tabs made dreadful the act of getting to where you need to go.

I converted from our clunky, old, server-based ACT! CRM to the cloud-based Zoho CRM Professional solution a little over a year ago.

Not the best system out there... and customer support is pretty poor

While the application has its flaws, we have been using it for over a year and it serves its purpose. Our main concern at this point is scalability, once we increase our user base significantly.

Pros

The application serves its purpose, but seems to be directed to much less sophisticated users than, say, Salesforce customers. It's fairly easy to figure out the basic functions, the reports are easy to set up, and the interface is fairly fluid.

Cons

Oh, and we had multiple billing issues until they got their act together and fixed how they were billing for numbers of users and reimbursed us for that error.
