We have had a great experience so far. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Hala Zeidan and the support team for guiding us throughout the entire process.
Complaints to the company was the layout on the administrator's website.
Our customers love the rewards, personalized offers, and tiered benefits, which boost their loyalty. Early access to promotions and straightforward redemption enhance their experience.
One feature that does not work well for us is the app. Admittedly this is due to our unique use case.
We are part of the top 5 users of Kangaroo Rewards in the franchise that I am in and it's been a great experience so far.
Missing some features that another product had. Need to be able to let people know when they have a discount.
All clients that use it are addicted to it and love the rewards that come with it. It is a client way to show appreciation to all our loyal costumers.
We face some problems in the updated. Requires a lot of human interference.

Does not work on their phones. Weird glitches on some reports really set us back months which is a bummer.
Over all it’s been a great program and great company to work with. Look forward to years of a great relationship.

This one integrates with my Payroll company seamlessly. The online ordering platform used was ridiculously easy and provides a more polished seamless look for my company.
It's annoying when I'm eating at a restaurant and it takes my waiter so long to put in orders, print checks, etc. I see them struggling and I want to go install SpotOn myself right then.
Easy to use, great customization, awesome customer service, Sales Rep delivered as promised.
I have had to place stop payment on them and stop using the credit card machine in order to stop the bleed. I literally have called and emailed each and everyday for months trying to get a resolution.
Reporting has been amazing and has really helped our manager stay on top of their metrics. Integrations with 7 Shifts scheduling has been a game changer.

The range of features and functionality is great with an easy to use interface. The team are incredible responsive and are able to use their development roadmap to help solve our business challenges.
As a new user, it was very difficult to understand what I was doing in the rule builder/campaign builder due to the lack of descriptions in the field.
The variety or attributes and parameters to combine this engines is super useful. From profile parameters, to behavioral and transactional inputs.
My number one most frustrating thing about Talon One is the lack of training and tool descriptions.
The Talon One team has been very responsive and available with all of our requests and support needs. Highly recommend the tool just for their customer service.
Sometimes the list of events takes a long time or throws an error.
One helps us to not give out discounts where not needed but to incentivize the behavior we where it is needed. In short: Our metrics have improved.
I wasn't in the team when the integration was donde, so getting to know the logics behind all attribute names and how they work is hard.
My two favorite aspects of Talon One are the customizations and ease of campaign creation.
Quite easy to set up campaigns, we spend time compared to before. We are about to also use their API which is well documented according to our developers - Many opportunities ahead.
After setting up all attributes and knowing how to build rules is easy for a growth team to set up targeted engines to increase retention and usage of digital products.
We are able to get pretty granular with how a promo is processed, even down to creating multiple codes for the same campaign.
We are working with discounts and promotions to attract new customers in a quite competitive industry. The rule system of Talon.
I researched 30+ different vendors when looking for an API-driven solution for our referral marketing campaigns, and can confidently say Talon has no real competition.

Giftbit offers various gift cards to choose from and also offers the sending of gift cards in bulk. They also offer Visa Gift card for just additional 2.95$, which is most loved by our users.
This company is a complete scam and their customer service is useless.
Our referral sources love it and always say how cool it is they get to select so many great options. ALSO I am able to track and see who has not used a gift card and easily resend to them.
Too bad that you can't choose your own amounts for certain vendors, only fixed.
It makes sending birthday, anniversary, thank you gifts and recognition awards so easy and I can't express how much I appreciate that.
Overall I had a terrible experience and would not recommend using them.
I love the simplicity of the platform and how easy it is to send our clients gift cards. I also like the reporting feature.
The template build feature stinks. At times I just want to send something quick and it takes longer than it should.
Overall great - ease of use and efficiency were amazing with the automations and templates.

Great app where you can recognize Your fellow co workers in a fast and easy way. Love it a great wat to keep your team motivated.
No more lost cards in the mail. No more postage paid to mail out a gift card.
The Employee rewarding and the variety of merchants are incredible. Also, I love the integration with Microsoft Teams as this allows seamless communication amongst employees that are recognised.
I really cannot think of any aspect of this software that was negative.
In my first weeks at the new company, I've received a Guusto gift card for Uber Eats and I loved how easy it was to navigate the platform and enjoy the gift.
I was slightly confused by the combine gifts function - I wasn't sure what was combined and what was not (first time I used that function).
Each recipient can choose what they like best, and it is easy for them to redeem a gift card for their selection.
Some team members find the redeeming process a bit confusing, too many steps to follow.
We have sales contests in our company and we get a reward through guusto. It has been a very good experience , motivates us to keep winning and also the customer service is very responsive.
Not only does it allow your recipients to choose what kind of gift card they want (and yes, they have all the brands you would want and more) but it's sooooo easy to use.
I like the simplicity with which gift cards can be sent over to anyone in order to recognize them. I have used to redeem gift codes and it was such a simple process for me.
I am able to easily reward my peers instantly, there's no wait time & I am able to keep track of all rewards sent/ received & it notifies me when a reward has been redeemed & who redeemed it.
This method of recognition & gift giving has also saved on administrative & shipping costs - it's also environmentally friendly.

In my first weeks at the new company, I've received a Guusto gift card for Uber Eats and I loved how easy it was to navigate the platform and enjoy the gift.
I was slightly confused by the combine gifts function - I wasn't sure what was combined and what was not (first time I used that function).
Each recipient can choose what they like best, and it is easy for them to redeem a gift card for their selection.
Some team members find the redeeming process a bit confusing, too many steps to follow.
We have sales contests in our company and we get a reward through guusto. It has been a very good experience , motivates us to keep winning and also the customer service is very responsive.
Not only does it allow your recipients to choose what kind of gift card they want (and yes, they have all the brands you would want and more) but it's sooooo easy to use.
I like the simplicity with which gift cards can be sent over to anyone in order to recognize them. I have used to redeem gift codes and it was such a simple process for me.
I am able to easily reward my peers instantly, there's no wait time & I am able to keep track of all rewards sent/ received & it notifies me when a reward has been redeemed & who redeemed it.
This method of recognition & gift giving has also saved on administrative & shipping costs - it's also environmentally friendly.
Guusto makes it easy to let someone know you appreciate them. The wide range of partners is very appealing and gives the receiver a huge amount of freedom to spend their gift however they choose.
It is an easy to use tool and set up. Knowing I have access to a terrific way to send a thank you / recognition is very helpful.
If I want to gift someone something i just sent them the money and they buy their own gift. Saves me time and they can get what they actually want.
Very good and helpful customer service support, always there to help you.
I had received a gift card from school. The integration with merchandise is excellent.

It's easy to use and our customers like the system. They enjoy knowing they are getting a reward for being loyal to us.
They didn’t wanted to to anything about their mistake!, they told me that’s what it was showing on their computer and that’s what it was, I had to call my bank to dispute the transaction.
I enjoy how easy it is to have multiple businesses stored in the app for loyalty reward tracking.
And as users, they don’t notify us to use our points before the company opts out. Resulting in waste of points and eventually loss of customers.
My overall experience is pleasant, I think Five stars is great because it helps the business owners to gain more attraction/ traffic and the customers point of view is receiving discounts/ bonuses.
It's hard to remember which places use five stars and in the app it's annoying to have to press the bubble again to get out of the business rather than just pressing out (it won't let you).
Fivestars started out as a great concept for me. I was using it all the time and I would get great rewards at local places I loved. It was nice to get a discount at the places I normally shopped.
Worthless, lying salesperson & worst customer service.
I like that it provides a central system that many places can integrate with, to make it easier for the users to keep track of their rewards. I like the coupons they send too.
Every visit is a great visit. Customer service is great and very helpful.
Its ease of access for both the customers and the employees, and the increase to customer retention 100% make it worth it to install in ANY small business.
Price is reasonable for a pretty powerful platform. Documentation and setup guides are great.
