Coach Catalyst is a cloud-based personal trainer platform, which helps health and fitness businesses manage client check-ins, create workout schedules, handle website branding, and more. It makes it easy for trainers to monitor compliance and metrics without having to rely on spreadsheets or calculators.
It enables fitness trainers to send real-time messages via text, audio, video, or attachments as well as schedule those messages in advance if necessary. Coach Catalyst offers a complete system that includes lesson content, a centralized mobile application, and an email platform that lets trainers send messages to clients. Trainers can also choose from a variety of lessons and templates, or create their own lesson plans.
