What is CoachVantage?
CoachVantage is an all-in-one coaching software that's built especially for life coaches and executive coaches. It's intuitive, easy to use and versatile to support your unique coaching workflow.
You can easily create, sell and deliver group coaching, 1:1 coaching, and online courses, from one platform.
We generate and host sales pages for your coaching programs and online courses to streamline onboarding by enabling client enrollment and payment in a single flow.
Clients have access to a secure client portal so you can collaborate and share notes and files securely with each other. You'll deliver a professional client experience and build client trust.
You and your clients will be able to track goals and progess easily form the dashboard. Clients can self-book sessions from the client portal and see how many coaching sessions have been consumed and how many are available for booking.
The coaching scheduling feature in CoachVantage is modular so you can eliminate stand-alone scheduling tools (eg Calendly or Acuity) which can cause a disjointed workflow in your client acquisition process.
With CoachVantage's scheduling feature, once someone books a discovery call with you, they are added automatically to your Contacts as a prospect. Once they convert to a coaching client (yay!), you can seamlessly manage the coaching engagement with them.
Virtual coaching is possible with our native video feature, CVMeet, as well as with Zoom and Google Meet.
You can share notes and files with clients, set goals and assignments, invoice and schedule sessions using the client portal. Everything is in one place for your and your clients.
Send contracts to clients for e-signature or embed it in your landing page for seamless client onboarding.
Form templates are available for you to use as-is or customize as needed. For example, there is a 'Strengths Wheel' form, a 'Pre-Session Check-in Form', a 'Session Wrap & Reflection' form, and others that you can send to clients to get deeper client insights.
The online booking page enables clients to self-book appointments with you. CoachVantage checks your external calendar to ensure you're never double booked.
