DocketWise includes a questionnaire database, which allows organizations to generate multilingual questions and store information in a centralized repository for future reference. It offers a host of features such as case tracking, tasks, automatic notifications, notes, priority date tracking, auto-fill, and more. Custom workflow functionality lets managers add tasks with a due date, import case-specific data, and assign tasks to team members. Users can also share invoices with clients and set automated reminders for payments.

DocketWise offers customizable templates, allowing teams to create welcome messages or send personalized communications on case progress. Plus, it integrates with various third-party applications such as Gmail, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Zapier, Clio, and PracticePanther.
