Employees can analyze key features to assess performances of job advertisements and optimize recruiting processes. Heyrecruit allows managers to create custom career pages, job advertisements, and forms using the drag-and-drop interface. Supervisors can also collaborate with colleagues on various applications, add notes, and utilize @mention functionality to tag staff members.
Heyrecruit lets stakeholders process actions on multiple applications and send rejection messages to candidates in bulk. Operators can also create customizable message templates to communicate with applicants on a centralized dashboard.
