membermeister’s class scheduling tool effectively categorizes students on the basis of the style of dance they are learning and sets schedules according to their availability. Users can create and manage terms, one-off events, and tournaments in the calendar, providing staff with insight into the coming week. Attendance can be tracked on smartphones through the mobile-responsive site, removing the need for printed registers.
membermeister allows users to create hundreds of invoices and send them out instantly, track payments, and reconcile payments with a single click. membermeister also helps avoid payment disputes and late fee payments, and enables online collection of payments. In the reports section, users can view all payments that have been collected and the total income a dance studio has generated in a week, month, or quarter. Staff can be provided with full or restricted access to the portal depending upon their job and duties.
