What is SAP Commerce Cloud?
SAP Commerce Cloud is a multi-channel eCommerce platform designed to help businesses of all sizes create progressive web applications (PWA) with a shopping cart, checkout, search and navigation capabilities. The order management module enables administrators to view real-time stock availability across channels and define sourcing and allocation rules for product warehousing.
With SAP Commerce Cloud’s product content management system, employees can set up catalogs in numerous languages and include product details, such as attributes, descriptions, photos, and videos. The centralized dashboard allows managers to gain real-time insights into customer visits, preferences, actions, and behavior to personalize content, offers and product recommendations. SAP Commerce Cloud also provides a WYSIWYG website editing tool, which lets users create websites, pages, promotions, and banners using drag-and-drop functionality.
SAP Commerce Cloud offers prebuilt integrations with various SAP solutions including Marketing Cloud, SAP ERP, Service Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, and Customer Data Cloud. It also provides an API, which facilitates integration with several third-party platforms. Other features include bundling, data export, workflow management, user permission control, audit logs, data backup, reporting, and more.
