SuiteKeeper — Automated cleaning and maintenance scheduling synced directly to PMS reservations. Includes customizable task templates, real-time progress tracking, photo verification, and team assignment with priority routing. Eliminates manual scheduling for housekeeping, inspection, and maintenance teams.
SuiteConnect — IoT device management supporting 50+ smart lock, thermostat, and sensor brands. Auto-generates unique access codes per reservation, enables remote device control, and provides a unified dashboard for all connected hardware across properties.
SuiteMonitor — 24/7 environmental monitoring tracking noise levels, occupancy, temperature, humidity, and air quality. Privacy-first approach measures decibel levels only with no audio recording. Real-time alerts help prevent noise complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
SuiteOp integrates with major property management systems including Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Hospitable, Hostfully, and Streamline. The platform serves operators managing anywhere from 10 to 10,000+ units across hotels, vacation rentals, and multi-brand portfolios.
