Pros

What a great software to help with you are having technical issues with your computer software. I have used this multiple times where the help desk could access my computer and solve my issues.
Support in the early stages was great and a free extension to the free trial was amazing - it gave me a long evaluation time and as a result, I wouldn't go to any other provider.
Unattended access is a neat feature, and the price point is great. Plus, the best part of Zoho is the ability to integrate into their other apps.

Pros

There are a lot of options for delivering the connection info. There is good reporting, and the ability to capture screens, as long as we are working from the office, and strong APIs.
This program is very easy for our staff to use, and very easy for the customer to initiate a support session. The ability to transfer client sessions between Tech Support reps is great.
Mobile support is amazing as I love being able to remote into my home computer from my phone.

Cons

We had an emergency where our remote support software (Screenconnect) is not working because the download is blocked by our Palo Altos.
Sometimes it fluctuates during remote and connection gets lost.
I have features missing, when I initially signed up I had space to add more technicians now I am over the amount of technicians I am allowed.

Cons

It can be annoying when you are in the middle of a time sensitive issue and need a tech to connect to your computer.
A lot of bugs that makes it difficult to control.
Nothing, I use this software for the last 3 years. I don't think so i have any problem in 3 years.

Zoho Assist

Remote support with a few click

Cost effective as we have basic version included in our Zoho Desk. Zoho Assist as a stand-alone service also is very cost effective.

Pros

Zoho assist works like gotoassist, logmein rescue. You can email or over the phone give a client a session number, and once they enter it, you will be able to see and control their computer remotely. Zoho client is lightweight, quick download. It support scaling and file transfer.

Cons

There is a bit of lag with the mouse movement
