I would really suggest using this to save time and build similar portals, it's made our life really easier.
We build a no-code admin portal for our users to enable/disable certain features and provide support for our customers. We are a startup and dynamically need to build something from the ground up. We already have Google firebase firestore as our database just for that reason and building an Admin/support portal for our client has helped us keep the application itself clean with minimum settings and improve our UX while cutting costs by a lot. We even configured custom events for notifications directly to our customers' mobiles where it was needed with very minimal code.
Not managing the queries properly become a hurdle for new people onboarded to find the right option or setting in shortest time, which partially was our fault for not making correct tabs.

If you are a small company wants build an simple to use for minimal users retool is the perfect fit it, Please do a research and compare the pricing with other similar services.
Retool offers various features to like about, the top features are support for drag and drop components, Web Based Development console, multiple integrations with various third party services are the features we are mostly used in retool.
Retool has all the features we required to build the internal tools, But when it comes to pricing retool is not an affordable option and it is not flexible with the pricing too.

Overall, Retool was a user-friendly tool and it is very easy to use. I was able to learn how to navigate within an hour and how to read the data. Reading the data became easy, as it was well-placed and organized, still is. The changes I made also reflect timely on our customer's side.
With Retool I was able to see the changes on our customer's performances quickly. The data are real time and easy to read. I was also able to tell if the fitness equipment they are using are faulty. Hence, it let me pinpoint were the issue is coming from.
When I use the search box and it loads, sometimes I would need to refresh the data fields as well because the last data for a different customer/client is still there.

It's has other best features which you can relate with
I think the pricing is a little bit okay for a single user in a month and it also has a free trial Good for training in person and online and can connect to any data sources with it's API Also good for documentation of different informations in one source.
I have to start it several times thinking it's my internet connection that is faulty or having a problem not knowing it's the software that is a bit too slow on its self

I like how you can easily track member's historical data in correlation to their Max HR by filtering certain categories. You can also sort it - just however you think would be best for you to review one's data. It also queries faster now than before.
I think it would be great to have a feature that shows who made what changes for everyone's visibility. This can easily manage or address gaps and knowledge opportunity
