CampMinder is a web-based camp management software which helps camp organizations by simplifying the management of operational processes such as online registration and forms, smart staffing, cabin and group assignments, transportation, healthcare, community management, fundraising, and more. The all-in-one system also offers a unified person record (UPR) system and a director's mobile app, allowing camp directors to get access to all important information while on the go. CampMinder enables organizations to allow parents to automatically enroll their children via online registration and application processes. The flexible pricing system allows camps to offer multiple discount types including early bird specials, multi-session incentives, sibling discounts, coupon codes, pay-in-full, tiered pricing, and more. Smart camp staffing includes features for recruitment, integrated background checks, forms and document collections, and smart digital contracts to help find and manage staff. Users can then drag and drop selected staff into cabins to assign them to groups of campers. CampMinder helps simplify cabin group management by allowing camp operators to include photos and detailed camper profiles for each cabin.
