Has all you need plus a team that help and listen

The team have been overwhelmingly supportive, helpful, solutions driven. They have also asked us for our input on possible changes, and how these would be implemented. As a whole team we are really pleased with Famly. As the leader I'm delighted - it does so much that we need, and it keeps getting better.

Pros

Famly was super easy to set up, and has been easy to adapt and change as we've gone along. The onboarding team were very helpful. As we've used it the main things I really value include - the invoices being simple, accurate, and easy to do; tracking children's progress is easy and has customisations that make it work for us; and the team find it easy to use - they have a variety of skills and competences as any team do but even the most techniphobic can sign in and out.

Cons

If I had to choose a niggle then - we run our nursery day quite differently, and I can't use the overview of bookings to see where we have spaces I can sell.

Excellent Managment software

Saves me time having all the information in one place.

Pros

Saves me so much time Everything all in one place such as invoices, learning journeys, reports, safeguarding info, forms, sleepcharts, accident and incident forms, register etc Customer service is great take on board any recommendations we have

Cons

Cost could be a bit better and would like to do staff rotas

Pros

Connectivity with parents and staff - easy to message and add to the news feed. Invoicing & Bookings - all in one place

Cons

Cost of packages - we would like to bolt on additional features from the next package but it seems to be quite an increase in cost for the additional extras that we would like. It would be great to choose some at a smaller, more affordable cost to the business. Also messages - its annoying that they disappear when you dont send them instantly - they should remain in drafts like the news feed function.

Famly Childcare Software

Integrated childcare and invoicing platform.

Pros

Integrated solution for many childcare functions, with a simple user interface.

Cons

Features developed are often not completed to get full value from them, or development team don't have the resources to address what nurseries feel are key or urgent changes.

Keep it in the Famly!

Easy to do invoices, work out room planning in advance and communicate with parents. I like being able to see everything live.

Pros

That everything is in one place and easily accessible to parents

Cons

I think the cost is a little high but having the good customer service makes it a little better

Easy to use. Features that save lots of time. Professional but user friendly.
