As Sika is acquiring several companies each year, and as we now consist of > 100 companies in > 100 countries with > 28'000 employees, the reduction of all installed LMS/LCMS is a constant challenge. So far, RiseUp is the most robust and simple to use Blended Learning LCMS which may in future substitute all others, ideally in connection with SAP Talent Management for internals and SalesForce for externals.
Simplicity: Trainers (=subject matter experts) need only a 45 min e-learning to be enabled to create own blended learning modules online. LCMS / e-Learning creation: Creating e-learning modules as part of the blended learning courses is done online without need to use Scorm authoring tools like Articulate 360. Response Time: The integrated chat with a Member of RiseUp as well as additional dedicated experts answering more complicated wishes works very efficiently. Easyness to create additional/separated entry page for customers/suppliers: It takes literally less than 10 min to create such a page with dedicated admins, separated catalog etc. SSO Single Sign On: Works nicely
Multiple automated report options and aggregated data: Are rich and the admin may create own automated reports if missing. However, RiseUp is already optmiszing the resulting look and feel to be used as ready-to-forward quarterly / yearly reports (PDF). Connectors to SAP Talent Management and SalesForce: Should be integrated this year for our company.

Rise Up est plus qu'une solution, c'est derrière une équipe solide et réactive. Rise Up est une des rares solution à intégrer la gestion du présentiel avec signature manuelle et intégration de webinar, elle permet aussi de s'interfacer avec d'autres solution du marché comme Beekast, Salesforce... La solution bénéficie d'un sav très réactif en ligne (délai moyen 10 min), et est à l'écoute de toutes suggestions. La solution bénéficie de mise à jour régulière. Nous utilisons la solution pour nos clients en SSO Salesforce et nos collaborateurs en SSO Windows.
