An Oustanding Group Coaching Platform with Detailed Activity and Habit Tracking

I'm in the process of setting this up for a recurring 4-week and 90-day Challenge client coaching programs, as well as a staff training platform. So far I'm loving it as I'm able to provide my clients with SO much more direct oversight with less effort, than anything else I've tried.

Pros

I really can hardly say enough about how much I like Upcoach for managing Groups and Programs. The interface looks nice, the format is easy to navigate both for me as Admin, as well as for Students/Clients, and the options and possibilities for media types are many. The DETAILED progress and even Habit Tracking, is something I've never seen in another product.

Cons

I don't like that group members enrolled in a program automatically see each other's presence and currently there is no way to turn this off. Currently I add/invite students manually and would like better integration options (through Pabbly, Konnectzit or other alternative integration) in future.

This beautiful software allows me to integrate all of my offerings and administrative needs into one place and creates a more professional and engaged relationship with my client through a very personal experience.

Pros

Designed specifically for coaches. Tracking task, actions, habits and engagement for the best outcome for you client is now seamless. This makes the coach offering so much more valuable.

Cons

Hard to fault. Looking forward to them developing an integrated payment gateway.

Most effective coaching software platform in the market

I'm just starting out in the coaching space, and Upcoach is an invaluable resource for me. I like how easy it is to use, and how it allows me to create a professional profile for my coaching business. I also love how it allows me to engage with other coaches and to entice them to be clients. I've already gotten 2 clients from it. I love the training videos, too. They're short, concise and very helpful.

Pros

Upcoach is a great tool for managing your time, habits, and coaching sessions. With this tool, you can organize your coaching sessions with clients, keep track of habits and goals, and manage your time. You can also get reminders and track your progress.

Cons

UI has scope for improvement. The response of the platform can be improved to give a better user experience.

Pros

Upcoach changed my business for the better. With a tiny team, this made the onboarding and delivery of services so much more seamless, which means that I have capacity to take on additional client groups. I particularly love the one-stop-shop feel of Upcoach, with the inbuilt curriculum, agenda, join call button, smart docs for homework review, and extra document upload for client seeking feedback. It took me a minute to set up my portals, and the Upcoach team had plenty of helpful suggestions and documentation for me. This product is so well thought-through for a coach who holds multiple group programs at any one time.

Cons

The Upcoach team is always building and improving features that would enhance the user experience, like even better integrations with audio and mobile. It is all super functional, but in the online environment clients do ask for more and the Upcoach team is responsive when I pass along these requests.

Game changer for consultants and coaches

Very positive. Supports my programs. Support is quick enough and the platform is reliable.

Pros

Upcoach has several areas of brilliance - being able to set 'habits' and track them. Smart documents are a stroke of genius too. You can create multiple types of programs that use common building blocks and the extra apps like the wheel of life are highly adaptable and great for capturing then and now scenarios (over and above the usual habit tracking). It allows your client to have their own area to see assignments, habits and progress - and can be a shared area if working with a cohort with shared objectives. Absolutely brilliant platform to support coaches and consultant. (It's also very reliable - never failed on me yet).

Cons

There has been a new UI released a few months ago which certainly helped to use the platform effectively - that said I think there are some jumps of logic when setting up programs for example, that could be better. That said, it doesn't stop me using the platform on a weekly basis.
