This all-in-one solution transforms the guest journey through contactless online check-in, automated payment collection, personalized upselling, and digital guidebooks. The contactless check-in allows properties to securely collect guest information, documents, e-signatures, payments, and more prior to arrival. This features saves time for staff and also reduces wait time for guests.
ChargeAutomation further optimizes operations by automatically collecting deposits, balances, cancellation fees, and other payments. Integrations with over 120 payment gateways facilitate cashless transactions while reducing errors and fraud. Failed payments can also be automatically retried. Additionally, ChargeAutomation allows properties to create customized web-based guidebooks containing check-in instructions, access codes, recommendations, and more. This improves communication while enabling additional upsell opportunities.
