Q Ware CMMS provides individual accounts for employees to be able to submit and review their requests. Work orders are funneled into a single workspace that makes it easy for facilities teams to manage on a day-to-day. Requester accounts are free and unlimited.
Asset Management
Work orders are tracked against each asset and location in the system allowing your team to show proof of compliance and generate reports showing common problems. Procedures can be uploaded to asset records to ensure work quality is consistent.
PM Scheduling
Work order schedules can be created against assets and locations using any time-based rules. Scheduled PM work orders are generated automatically and contain asset demographics, documentation, and procedures for completing maintenance tasks.
Custom Reporting
The Q Ware custom reporting tool allows your team to analyze your operational performance and manage costs. Graphs and charts can be added to reports to visualize your data, report settings can be saved to run them again later, and reports can be exported or printed.
Custom Workflows
Workflows for managing maintenance requests are customized for each Q Ware customer. Form fields, work order statuses, email templates and triggers, table views, and user privileges can all be set up to fit your unique operation. As your needs change, so will Q Ware.
