Basically this product totally eased my fears associated with setting up my private counseling practice. And, they give you perks when refer colleague that go toward monthly charge for using.

The price is what I liked least about SimplePractice and some templates were too general and not specifically tailored to my family practice specialty.

We were able to manage electronic documents digitally which we had never done before, run reports, manage schedules all in one place, and claims and billing were all in one place.

SimplePractice makes having a private practice SIMPLE. With this software clients can schedule a consultation with you, input credit card information, you can send them the required paperwork, charge them for the invoice and also add clients notes and measurements all in one place.

I can properly schedule clients who are every other week and weekly and be able to add in one-time sessions in between and minimize the problem of double booking myself.

The system settings for how it is set up is certainly unique, not quite a con, but there isn't a password for the application.

The cost has increased over the years which I understand to some degree is due to new features, however, I do not need most of the features they have added as a single practitioner.

I like the calendar layout; scheduling appts is extremely easy; the telehealth interface is great.

At the time, I was running an all-virtual private practice and it became very frustrating very fast, and I ended up resorting to Google Meets on a constant basis as a backup.

I don’t like how glitchy telehealth is, that there is not a lot of customization on the calendar screen and it can be readily confusing to someone who is trying to use the system besides just scheduling.
