This is one of the best software I have ever seen. Functionality rich, easy to use, truly paperless, truly integrated, great live support and total ROI.
It's equivalent to quicksand. Attempts to get the program to work properly are expensive and frustrated by poor service.
I am writing today for the opportunity to share how pleased we are with SuiteMed IMS.
There are many features of the software that we do not use here so we pay for a lot that we don't use. Constantly "running out of memory" errors.
Very helpful and time saving, enjoyed all the details and instructions that were given. I used this for a school project but recommend it for every field of work.
Reports- Simple Date should be used- So many Actual dates, Deposit date, Posting Date, Etc. Is confusing to have a unique record for Posting of charges, Cash and AR reports too.
I appreciate the user friendliness of the product and the easy access to the vendor for questions.
Was a little confusing trying to figure out how to get the system to work with other integrations.
I like that this is easy to use and I would recommend this to any medical facilities to use.
It has great potential for a large group with a dedicated computer programmer.
Training for the system went very smoothly for everyone in the office, and they were very organized when giving us the training. The support team is very friendly and helpful.
It's nice that they will respond in a timely manner if not right when you call. The people training for the program are very knowledgeable about the program and can answer any questions you may have.
It was super easy to use and learn. I'll definitely be using it again soon and hopefully exploring other options.

I know it sounds too good to be true but this is a game changer. It’s easy to use and their tech support is extremely helpful.
In fact, I stopped using my website and now I am using my page on app.yottled for all the bookings.
I do love how Yottled is free to me and passes cc fees onto customers. But what I love most is how easy this software is to use, to integrate into my website and to pull reports to manage my business.
My website offers and online store but no ability to register for classes. I'd used Mindbody for over a decade in the past and was simply over the insane monthly fee and the overcomplicated set up.
Most of the parts are easy to manage and navigate. I love the automatic reminders before each class, and the ease of scheduling appointments.
It was hard to find from the app. Nevertheless, the team is quick in responding.

If you have clients on a global scale, you need to check whether Stripe works in our client’s countries before signing up. Not exactly Yottled’s cons but rather Stripe’s disadvantages.

Customer service is what makes my business different and stand out from others and I am so happy that Salon Ultimate runs their business the same way. Forever thankful and Loyal.
The implementation was a bit of a challenge, we had some trouble transferring data from our old system.
The transition from our old software was seamless thanks to the automatic data conversion and there are new features that we are loving.
My question can usually be answered or the problem fixed within seconds.
We are so pleased with Salon and Spa Ultimate. It has actually replaced three systems for us, which is easier, more cost effective and far superior.
There's really no comparison between what Salon Ultimate can do compared to what we used before.
I have nothing but good things to say about Salon and Spa Ultimate. We upgraded our 12 Salons to Salon Ultimate and are very happy with the results.
We love Salon Ultimate for it's ease of use with our med spa. It's extremely user friendly and the icons make it a snap to follow.
I am switching from another software and super excited to get started with Salon and Spa.
Having everything on the cloud allows us to keep all our data and peace of mind should a computer ever crash. During our conversion/consolidation, Sean Maney and his staff were superb.
Salon Ultimate is NOT that product. Not only is it a well thought out user friendly system, it is a system that will help grow and evolve WITH your business.

When I spoke with them regarding services that had not been happening, they passed it off. A large amount of revenue was lost for several months.
Great responsive support and it solves our marketing issues. We love that it connects with our ChiroTouch system and a partner with WebMD.

Poor form for a "professional " company. Professional they definitely are not.

There response to a problem is not there. They blow you off and do not step up and solve issues with there system.
It is the perfect solution for appointment reminding and getting reviews.
They started to branch out into other fields too quickly and most of the information we were receiving was no longer related to the dental field.
This product allows me to do marketing operations like email marketing, texting, reactivation and more are automized with ease in one location.
There is no way, or I have yet to figure out how to do it, to send a mass message out to our clients.
Love how it integrated with our dental software, it makes confirming appointments and contacting patients a breeze. Also very easy to change patient preferences.
Ve had difficulty recently adding photos to my emails, which is a huge negative. I had to contact customer service and the representative had to add the images for me.
I like that our company is able to offer customers the feature of booking online. It's useful for marketing campaigns in terms of tracking open rate and revenue produced from emails.

Demand force is a great tool to help manage patient retention, and communication. It saves employees time each day, by confirming appointments.

Ve had difficulty recently adding photos to my emails, which is a huge negative. I had to contact customer service and the representative had to add the images for me.
I like that our company is able to offer customers the feature of booking online. It's useful for marketing campaigns in terms of tracking open rate and revenue produced from emails.

Your software service has failed to meet my needs and has caused me inconvenience, huge amount of manual work and loss of business due to getting stucked with non working of your software.
The overall experience has been good and we highly recommend to other prospective users.

The benefits of the Salon App are being able to run and manage my business with ease. The app is incredibly user friendly and having the ability for my clients to book online is also a great feature.
Doesn’t easily show cancelled appointments instantly… for some reason they only show after the appointment date that has been cancelled, you have to find them in reports which makes it a long process.
Great from the first demo call, always available and helpful with everything we have asked or needed. Great team to work with.
I have to say that any time I have asked if a function is available it either was and I didn't know or it is something the team have been working on and in no time has been launched.
