What is ChiDesk?

ChiDesk is a cloud-based software solution that provides appointment scheduling, online booking, employee management, point of sale and marketing functionality in a single platform. ChiDesk is an ideal solution for spa centers, fitness centers, medical spas, and salons with features for managing online bookings, employees, appointment scheduling, customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, reporting, and point of sale.

ChiDesk provides integrated invoicing to records sales, track employee commission, as well as automate stock control, and enables users to streamline sales with an optional bar code scanner and receipt printer. Organizations can also manage all employee schedules, shifts and off days and track work hours using the time clocking function, and employees can view and edit their schedules from anywhere.

ChiDesk’s marketing and CRM tools enable users to filter through client contacts, as well as send SMS or email campaigns to clients. Through automated scheduled messaging, clients are automatically reminded about their appointments. ChiDesk's point of sale tool helps track sales, vouchers, products, packages, courses and services, and users can also monitor availability and usage of a course on a minute-to-minute basis, and keep track of attendance, session usage and memberships.

ChiDesk also enables clients to book online, as well as check in on arrival using a membership card. Reports provides users with the tools to manage the business more effectively by monitoring sales, commission and employee performance, and more.

CHIDESK is the first web tool that we use and helped us enormously in the organization of staff and services we offer in the beauty salon, no doubt this tool has accompanied us during these 4 years and helped us in the development of the business, was the first official website that had our business, we are very pleased with the result that provided you, this program has a good performance and can not only be used by beauty salons because it has great flexibility, can be used in any professional field, which requires the attention of customers through appointment management.

It is a web platform, very flexible and adaptable, allows the customization of services, colors, insertion of staff, also provides a web hosting, under the nomenclature "Business name", so if you do not have a website, this tool will be very useful. As for its functionality is oriented to the scheduling of appointments and reservations online, also offers digital marketing and billing. On the other hand, it is very easy to configure and use. Overall it is a very powerful and effective program.

I would like to develop an inventory control function, thus complementing this program and allow me to centralize all the management of the salon with this program.

The system makes for practical use and allows multi-functionality. From a management perspective, the reporting feature is great and tracks all relevant information efficiently. The ease of application and correction of errors is well managed in the settings of the system. Tracking of cash ups, employees and suppliers makes for a huge time factor saving vs creation of numerous excel folders.
