What is Neko?
Neko combines appointment scheduling, client records, sales and staff administration in a cloud-based salon and spa system. It runs in a browser on computers, tablets and smartphones.
Calendar tools include day, week and month views, staff colour coding, recurring appointments and room or equipment allocation. Staff rosters and leave sync with bookings. Website and social media booking links let clients book or reschedule online, while SMS and email reminders, waiting lists and post-appointment messages support follow-up.
Customisable client cards store treatment and purchase histories, preferences, photos and consultation questionnaires. Loyalty programmes, gift vouchers and automated SMS or email campaigns support client communication.
Point-of-sale tools cover retail sales, refunds, exchanges and discounts, alongside stock tracking and payment integrations. Staff tools include timesheets, commissions and leave. Reports cover sales, clients, staff, bookings and stock; multi-site tools help coordinate stores.
