Your organization can now switch from disjointed operations in multiple areas to PatronAssist, a unified solution that seamlessly integrates internal processes like memberships, giving, education, volunteers and calendar management with a public-facing site, where patrons can self-serve booking tours, ticketing, membership updates and make donations, consolidating all data in a core CRM database. You no longer need to manually track the bookings, memberships, or collections or struggle with importing data from disparate systems.

PatronAssist's modules are access-controlled by roles assignments, which in turn also manages access to dashboards and reports, so that each staff member gets to use the system tailored to their needs.

Foster Individualized Relationships: Each staff member will know exactly what personalized greeting message to use in live conversation with the patron.

Memberships & Development: Increase engagement, retention and patronage growth with scheduled/automatic renewals, electronic payments and keeping sophisticated track of the intersection of patron's family and friends with their membership levels, e.g., free tours, shared memberships etc. Upgrade visitors to members to donors to sponsors!

Ticketing, staggered entry scheduling, education and docent assignments: Manage your operating calendars to specify operating hours and daily (group & individual) tour slots with limits on number of visitors and automobiles for each entry slot.
