First and foremost the customer service is awesome. They are all so nice and very helpful.
The WORST property management system I've seen in my 20+ year carrer.
All in all the program is wonderful and so affordable. Its perfect for a big corporation or the smallest of properties.
I only gave each area a 1 star review because I had to. There's NO stars for this in my book.
Admin is a piece of cake as well, i also love that you can add as many users as you want, customize their capabilities and send notifications to as many emails as you want as well.
For now, we only the total of the whole month. And we don't get dummy bookings for the NO SHOW.
Happy to the user - great solution for the new generation ahead.

We have a very good Experience with Octorate. We are satisfied and we reccomend this software.
My day by day with this PMS was the worst experience ever.
Excellent relationship via email / phone with Customer Care where the same person who knows you and your problems always answers you. Excellent email / phone relationship for sales, always available.
And the system said availability=0, but it was available to be booked. I had to mark as “maintenance” a room every time it was full, because it was the only way to stop sales.
Very good back office and support. Price/quality just perfect.
Difficult to use in PC, impossible to use in mobile. Booking engine doesn't work properly in mobile.
It is easy to use and, above all, among the different products evaluated (within this price range), it is one of those that allows greater configurations for rooms and rates.
I've to write more than 200 code lines in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make it the basic to work. I reported the problems and they never solved it.
The price is excellent for the product features. In our case, connectivity with OTAs has worked very well.

Integrations | even the most basic PMS, will have some integrations with Zapier or mailchimp, but this one, no no no.
Our hotel has seen a remarkable 70% improvement in room distribution. The system's features made it easy to manage and sell our rooms with ease, resulting in increased revenue and guest satisfaction.
The system is really slow and suffers from many bugs. The app is not of any use, just for their own marketing purposes and believe me, you still need to pay for it, which is hilarious.
With centralized control and automation, we have seen a great increase in productivity, which was impossible with our old software.
Albeit having all the services cloud based is a plus, we struggled to work with it when internet connectivity was poor. Maybe an offline syncing feature would help here.
We liked that all data is cloud-based and can be accessed through a web browser from any device. The software is easy to use and there are a lot of instructions on how to use the program.
The learning platform is very suitable for companies that want to train their employees. The platform is simple and there is a wide variety of training courses that can be easily conducted online.
Its ability to streamline operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and ultimately increase revenue for hotels and resorts.

Seekom was so much better and more cost effective. The support is really awesome as the consultants are all very knowledgable and helpful - always getting back to us quickly with any of our requests.
The AirBNB integration is very poor - we have one piece of accommodation that simply blocks out all future nights on airbnb.
Switching to Seekom at the beginning of the busy season was a brave move but with the support, help and assistance from the friendly team made this an easy transition.
The user experience is extremely frustration for an administrator and is one of the least intuitive systems I have come across for administrative purposes.
Very helpful staff and they seem to be constantly improving the software.
Accounting package is very poor. These days holiday parks are owned by several owners who rent or lease their sites.
Our integration with channels such as Booking.com and Expedia have been excellent and the system saves so much time.
However, this fault means we are getting very few direct bookings and we are having to pay commissions to OTAs because of it.
The payment gateways work well and some of the standard reports are very good for end of the month purposes and real time revenue tracking.
The service provider will wish to avoid asking for card details each time they enter a booking. Currently, there is no way of linking to a card stored within Payment Express under that guest's name.
The cloud based access is excellent and the primary reason I haven't returned to my old system - Campground master.
It does help if you have some computer knowledge as you feel comfortable clicking options BUT the help guides in text and video format are excellent.
We wanted a simple cloud based reservation system with flexibility around pricing and good online booking capability, reporting and integration with key channels.
It needs to be easy to use and easy to administer. Seekom ticks some boxes - cloud based, reports - but missed the mark on easy to administer.

The team is extremely enthusiastic and dedicated. Not only they are expert in their work but they are very friendly and always ready to clear any doubt in mind.
I will never recommend this, it is a bad product. This twice before using it.
We are really thankful to the team Serosoft and we recommend Academia ERP, as it is the best available software in the education domain.
No mobile application for employees and very less feature in student mobile application.
Overall, it's good software to work with (For Admin, Teaching Staff, Students & Parents), customer support is also good, getting most of the required features under one roof is the advantage.
Connect to Academia ERP and forget about other mediocre education software.

From an IT side of view we are impressed by its simplicity and its ease of installation, backup and recovery capabilities.
A lot of things do not work or you do not know what they are for, they unnecessarily clutter up the program. There are no instructions in Polish.
For our clients its ease of use, its stability and flexibility and the fact that it produces the results that are required are of great value.
Ads in main window are presented through built-in web browser and this is a secrity threat. Search does not always show result, I need to scroll up over empty list to see one result on top.
The integrated system is accessible by all departments and the customizations available are great.
Forced to upgrade yearly. Hansa rely on users to test new features on new versions.
It's fast, it's light and it's very easy to understand. One of the most impressive things about this software is that it is available on multiple platforms.
Connectivity over various links works well and is stable and both on Windows, Mac and Linux servers the applications runs without interruptions. Security for transmissions over WAN links is great.
Perfect Home group has used Standard ERP since 2002 as it has been intrumental to our growth into several markets.
This is a unique and lovely system and is worth every penny.

At the core StandardERP is a powerfull integrated system that reduce the number of different programs needed and enable great synergy effects accross departments.
Easy to use, Fast Wide area network connectivity (no requirement for TS/Citrix). Partners can bespoke the product to fit customers requirements.
