Crosschq includes a digital referencing functionality, which enables administrators to create custom surveys and handle secondary references across the recruitment pipeline. The solution offers features such as real-time email/text notifications, self-assessments, progress tracking, feedback management, customizable user accounts, an activity feed, talent pool creation, shareable reports, and more. Its predictive analytics functionality uses machine learning to combine pre/post-hiring data, enabling users to compare candidates based on their skills.
Crosschq’s centralized dashboard allows users to view recent activities as well as follow up status, and gain insights into candidate performance via analytics. Plus, it integrates with Greenhouse and various third-party applicant tracking and human resource systems via the API.
