What is Ngage?
Ngage is a staffing agency software all-in-one by Arca24: ATS based on AI CV Matching cross-language capable of identifying the matching between profiles and job ads in 6 different languages, even if CV and offer are written in different languages + CRM, a complete customer relationship lifecycle management solution + powerful Reporting System. It reduces time for recruiting, manages all customer data, keeps track of the feedback received and simplifies the administration of candidates hired.
Ngage has an applicant ranking system with a built-in semantic search engine, which enables organizations to sort candidates by skills and identify professional job titles across resumes. Its white-labeling capabilities allow staffing agencies to personalize the interface with custom colors, logos, fonts, and other design elements to establish brand identity with applicants. It also offers a host of other features such as video recruiting, mobile access, file uploading, candidate profiles, a self-service portal, filters, job postings, and more.
Ngage includes a customer relationship management (CRM) module, which allows recruiters to manage active clients and prospects, view customer activities and feedback, store contact information, and communicate with candidates via email and text messages. Managers can also monitor client activities, evaluate the selection process, and view candidates' profiles, hiring status, and geographical area via analytics.
Ngage includes KPIs analysis module to monitor team and business performance. The reporting system makes it possible to make data-driven assessments of the different stages of a given selection process and it has a specific section to check business KPI sas number of sales meetings, number of loyalty meetings, number of offers, etc. The reports show also the number of candidates by recruitment source, both from social networks and job portals
Ngage offers a Contracts & Invoices module to manage quotations, contracts, timesheets, invoices and salaries.
The administration module offers the possibility of creating quotations for permanent and temporary work according to the customer’s needs and it allows also the management of the entire contractualization process (from the creation of drafts to the formalization and signing of contracts). About the timesheets, Ngage allows the client and candidate to manage timesheets and enter attendance directly into the system. The module allows the loading of hourly and chargeable items (e.g. canteen tickets), with automatic compilation on days covered by absence events.
The module is able to import costs from the payroll system for invoicing at real cost and revalued accrual balances in order to invoice the increase in cost and not lose marginality
