OKR Board for Jira & Confluence is a Jira-native app that adds Objectives and Key Results on top of your existing Jira projects. There’s no separate login, no sync job and no second database to maintain. OKRs live in Jira, permissions follow your Jira users and groups, and progress is calculated from the work items you already track. How it works
Each Key Result can be measured manually (binary, number or percentage) or linked to Jira epics, stories and tasks. When it’s linked, progress is calculated from the status of those issues and updates as they move through your workflow, across as many projects as you need. OKRs can be nested over custom levels (company, department, team, personal or your own) and weighted, so a parent objective reflects what really matters underneath it.
