Skuad follows a very straightforward approach and it enables us to manage our employees in SEA easily. There are no hidden fees, which is a huge plus. With Skuad as our EOR partner, we were quickly able to onboard employees & contractors without setting up our own entities. It saved us time and money which we used to meet our core objectives.

So far there is nothing to complain about. We had a very smooth onboarding, payroll and management experience. Customer support is something we highly value and they have been able to solve most queries pretty quickly.

They have a list of countries on their website that we thought they supported. We contacted them and they told us they did not support the country we were looking at and that those articles are to help users understand the requirements in those countries. If that were true, why do they use wording in those same articles like: "Skuad's {CountryNameHere) EOR services"? I have serious doubt that Skuad supports employer of record in many countries if any. There is a lack of transparency in the countries they do support since the ones they advertise are not accurate.

Lack of transparency from the company on supported EOR countries. Completely misleading advertising that I believe is used to lure in larger companies before opening businesses in those countries. This makes me question their knowledge of the regulations they operate in (if any).

The software very easy setup and the team does a great job in on-boarding my team members. It is very simple to approve payroll and manage additional benefits and claims.

So far I don’t have a need that the software isn’t addressing.

Skuad told me they do payroll in Nigeria so I trusted them. It turns out they have been taking the money I am paying them and only paying my employee her net income. They have been keeping income taxes for themselves for the last three months instead of remitting to the government because they haven't even been registered yet with the Nigerian state that my employee lives in. Some honesty beforehand would have been nice. Now I am the one asking for status updates. You promised to give me a status update "sometime next week" and I waited all Monday of Friday last week, you didn't follow through with your promise of giving me the status update. So now that is a 1 star review for withholding information and not following through with your promise. Email me.
