Employees use tilr’s skills discovery tools to build their skills profile. tilr walks employees through a series of prompts to reflect on their job experience, education and training, volunteer experience, and life experiences to select the skills that deserve a place on their skills profile. Just as interested as tilr is in the skills an employee possesses, the skills that an employee aspires to develop are also relevant in tilr. It provides recommendations on courses based off your aspired skills and they are relevant! The administrator portal is easy to use and manage for onboarding new members. The dashboard is also relevant as it informs you the number of users and which users have not logged in for a while.
Many times, they have implemented the suggestions quite rapidly after informing the team about it. For example, tilr created a search functionality to search for all available courses.

The team at Tilr is amazing, support and product improvements are incredible. The team is open with their roadmap, loves feedback, and the tool is often getting updates making an easy to use tool even easier!
Tilr could have more built in reporting options and visibility, but the support team is more than happy to find and provide that information on request!

Overall, enjoy what Tilr has to offer. Our team still has a way to go to get everyone on board, but believe it's the right tool for our team members
The customer support has been amazing, we've felt very support throughout the integration and post sale process. Every new update we're updated on and the product is only getting better.
Access to all the Coursera courses and certifications. Ease of searching for these tools as well. Understand that this is being rectified now, but we were not aware that we wouldn't have access to these features straight away.

Ease of implementation, administration and use - Employees have access to what they need, and we are able to provide it through an easy-to-manage platform.

I really like Tilr because it's super easy to navigate and our employees love the course options. It provides SO MUCH data for people on the admin end, which really helps when having to deliver metrics to others.
I wish there was a way to promote the Mentorship program more. Although I understand it in theory, I feel that there is something lacking and believe that Tilr needs to revamp or add something to make Mentorship a more admirable option for different employees.
