Thanks to the fact that it is cloud-based, deployment was absolutely seamless. HR application that will really help to optimize HR processes.
The interface can be a bit overwhelming at first, with a large number of available features and settings that can be difficult for a new user to navigate.
I appreciate the fact that the platform brings all aspects of workforce management together in one solution. It has made recruiting, payroll, and talent management much more efficient processes.
Also, I have experienced some delays from time to time, and while they are minimal, they can be frustrating in a rushed situation.
Nortek's solution is customized to our specific needs without the huge price tag. Their customer service team is prompt to respond and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Workzoom's centralized employee information, with everything in one place, is something I really appreciate.
Consolidating all aspects of people management onto a single platform has significantly streamlined our internal processes, resulting in greater efficiencies and time savings.

Customer service is great. They seem to care about their clients and will bend over backwards to help.
Right now there is no permission level for this; only the administrator has access to pull the reports for all employees.
It has been great for tracking overtime hours and vacation time for our company. The best part was the customer service- we had a dedicated rep who would always answer my questions immediately.
Employees are not able to enter their own time if they forget to clock in or out.
What I love about BizRun is the ease of use, great support when I need it. The continued growth of the product is exciting as well.
I don't like that the information we use and change most is something only the bizrun employees can change. As well as the fact that the time off accrual is hard to understand.
I have enjoyed working with him. He has gone above and beyond to help us process payroll on our short timeframe and we really appreciated that.
One enhancement I would request is for the time and attendance reporting access levels to be flexible and set by the administrator, rather than restricted by roles.
Working with rep has been an amazing experience. He is always polite & professional.

We are in the process of implementing Deltek Costpoint and Talent and so far have been thrilled with what it has to offer. We are currently using a system that is older and out of date.
In the war for talent, timing is everything; and if my ATS is not working properly, or is the cause of a bottleneck, we lose credibility with candidates and our internal customers.
HR Smart has been great tool for me. My customers are amazed at what we have been able to do, compared to life before HR Smart.
Needs for implementation are sometimes delayed due to 'difficult' changes to the system.
Couple this with the fact that HRSmart offers not only the best bang for the buck when it comes to capability, but they also offer a true integrated system where all of the modules talk to each other.
Very confusing at the beginning as it's not clear how to move to the next phase.
Deltek continues to make great strides in improving the functionality with each release. I have found great value for the price I pay.
This reduces the frustration hiring managers have had, never knowing what is happening and has freed up HR staff to work on other things.
It's nice to have the applicant reqs they applied to all in one screen. The workflow for a req is great.
Kind of an archaic platform (has since been updated since our use). Almost too many customizable options that can make navigation confusing.
Most of our users have found it easy to use and have been given the opportunity to provide suggestions to improve the process further.
I don't like that we are not utilizing the Learning Management System.
More customizations and understand what you need and have a clear path on what you would like to accomplish using the product.
Whenever I have an issue I cannot rectify myself (which is not very often but it does occur), I am able to get in touch with my dedicated CSR and Lori is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with.
I was immediately impressed with the level of partnering I experienced with the implementation team from HRSmart. They went above and beyond to ensure that the system would accommodate our needs.
The best part is the level of customer service.
Overall it is a great tool, but some issues included integration, though I must say their customer service team, does a very great job of helping in every way possible to present solutions.
Also, by using the Integrated Job Target posting, we have saved further time distributing the posting across multiple job boards.

A lot of time is wasted because the system does not remember any time you "sort" so you have to constantly re-sort after you click on something. Very cumbersome and time-consuming.
I cannot recommend this company and this system more. We are very pleased with our decision to partner with Agile, and am convinced you will be as well.
There's no doubt that in the future, the rest of our list will be completed.

My overall experience is good. AppManager is very user-friendly and helps save time to match the perfect candidate.
Whenever I start a new project, I have trouble distinguishing between creating a project and posting a job offer. However, I blame the fact that I only have a few recruitment processes a year.
AppManager is a good tool for any organization. It has all the necessary tools to successfully implement recruitment processes from start to finish.
I know it's important, but it annoys me that I have to change my password every 3 months.
I recommend App Manager - it's definitely worth trying to work with the app and see for yourself how effective and efficient it is.
