Inventory Management, Deal Processing and Importing data to QuickBooks!

Pros

I am the accounting manager for our dealership so my favorite feature is the bridge to import information into QuickBooks.

Cons

I wish the reports had more features and would love to have the ability to export to PDF format also.

I'm benefiting by getting a all in one product that I can use daily to access my inventory from the office or mobile

Pros

All in one inventory management, it's pretty easy to use and the customer support is always there to help if you have any questions or issues.

Cons

The only thing that I can think of that I don't like about the product is the fact that I ordered BlackBookDigital and you cannot access it from my phone.

Everthing In One Place

DealerCenter allows me to centralize the large majority of my customer and inventory needs. The customer service I receive from my Rep is phenomenal!

Pros

- Having customizable reports - Pushing vehicles to 3rd party sites automatically or manually

Cons

- The ads won't go away even if you subscribe to most products - When submitting a deal I often have to sign in to DealerTrack to get updates on approval - Ala Carte ordering of products is convenient for customizing but doesn't allow for significant discounts for those that use a large number of products.

So far DC has offered amazing customer service and great potential for BHPH.

We got a cloud based DMS and BHBH integrated software with loads of potential and ease of use. As we grow there are plenty of things available to us to help manage that growth as well as increase it.

Pros

There are a lot of marketing and lead management that allow plenty of room for growth.

Cons

Understandably since this is a new addition. The inventory management could use a little tweaking from an available data pov as well as the BHPH end.

We also enjoy the integration of websites and inventory management tools that make life so much easier to dealers.

Cons

The achilles heal about this software would be the detailed reporting for sales like a (cash-flow statement, all sales journal statement) that is offered within the software without having to integrate with outside accounting tools.

Pros

Ease of use. Layout was straight forward. Good functionality, DealerCenter does not require a contract and I got a free trial to test product.

We were so disorganized before Dealer Center.We weren’t taking full advantage of all the services that it came with (especially with inventory management).Now that we are,and that we’ve got the website up and going,we’re really looking for our business to grow.

Pros

It’s user friendly.Sales are done now with a few clicks.We love our reports and being able to manage our inventory.We also manage all of our buy here pay here accounts with dealer center and just started back up with website integration.We’re excited to have a great website that gets updated instantly!

Cons

Any issue we’ve had is quickly addressed by great customer service.We just worked with the customer service rep on getting our website up and going.I’m not tech savvy, but he was able to take care of everything for us.We really appreciate the customer service rep and everyone on the Dealer Center Team!
