IDEXX Neo offers several one click features to carry out tasks such as creating patient consultations and viewing overall financial activity.

Users can employ procedure templates to rapidly add the formatted note templates along with pre-loaded text.

IDEXX Neo integrates with IDEXX In-house Analyzers and IDEXX Reference Laboratories, both of which are powered by VetConnect PLUS. Neo also integrates with Antech Diagnostics.

Users can add reminders to a patient’s record or set reminders that are triggered by a product's inclusion in an invoice.

Users can send third-party referrals for providing specialist access via email to a patient’s record.

Users can provide clients with handouts, such as client report cards or patient visit summaries, either through email or a print copy on-demand after every visit.
