What is Newfies-Dialer?

Newfies-Dialer is a suite of call center solutions for predictive dialing, voice broadcasting, press-1 campaigns, and SMS. It supports inbound and outbound IVR directing calls to agent’s inbuilt interface on the platform. Newfies-Dialer is typically used in lead generation, appointment reminders, phone surveys, political polling, and emergency notifications.

Newfies-Dialer is suitable for both companies working on their own account as well as telecoms companies offering call center services via their own VoIP routes to their customers as billing, multi-tenancy and white-labelling and branding are all included on our larger systems.

We can provide systems from 25 channels supporting up to ten agents up to systems capable of 10,000 simultaneous calls and hundreds of agents.

An agent interface is included as standard and includes a zero configuration WebRTC phone making deployment simple, but optionally, physical and soft phones can be used according to the customer’s preference.

The agent interface displays all the information associated with the contact uploaded to the system and also integrates with most web based CRM systems both for both agent updates and for pushing data from the dialer into the CRM.

Other agent interface features include agent reports, last calls list, call-back diary, notes, direct transfer and three-way transfer to internal and external destinations as well as optional manual dialling.

Additionally, there is a soundboard where pre-recorded audio can be played to the customer, this is useful in countries where the agent is not a native speaker, or where you want to manually leave messages on voicemail.

The dialer includes Answering Machine Detection so that calls answered by a machine can be disconnected or a message can be left right after the beep. Calls answered by a person can be passed directly to an agent, or an IVR played where the contact can make selections.

The IVR system is highly versatile with a toolbox of IVR section types to perform different functions from play some audio, do text to speech, voice recognition, decision trees, API integration, call transfers and much more.

There is a full suite of reporting tools on the performance of the platform as well as on each individual campaign, with comparison tools, e.g. to show the cost per transfer and the cost of each campaign. Some reports can be downloaded to text file for additional analysis.
