Open Social is a cloud-based community engagement software designed to help organizations create, deploy, and manage online spaces to streamline communication, collaboration, and engagement operations. Open Social lets site managers define and modify data policies, cookies consent, manage member profiles, activate Google Analytics for multiple pages, and gain insights into member activities. The integrated content management functionality allows users to monitor comments, highlight posts, and receive notifications about inappropriate content.
