Pros

Purchasing a wonderful (but a bit unorganized) little mom-and-pop consignment shop meant adopting some "used" software and all of its wonderful little glitches ----just at the height of the season.
It is easy to learn, easy to run, reports out on the more important data needed for taxes. The Payout tasks are super easy and allow me to send out my checks almost immediately.
They never make me feel like I am asking for help with something I should be doing on my own, or that they would rather be doing something else. Simple Consign has a GREAT customer support team.

Cons

Panic attack occurs when your software goes down.
You can not split credit card transactions and our printers frequently have problems communicating through the cloud.
Many of the printing issues are a bit of a pain in the behind. No matter how much I try to adjust the labels, I cannot get them to print precisely right on the page.
